Lori Cuencas is a pivotal member of the Fudge Insurance team. Clients find her personal service invaluable and her expertise in the field instrumental in filling their needs. With a long history in the insurance industry, Lori brings an intense commitment to personal service that compliments her deep knowledge of the field.
Lori’s industry experience began over thirteen years ago. She got her start writing auto insurance for a small firm and just a few years later, purchased her own agency. Now a personal lines agent at Fudge Insurance, Lori writes personal and commercial auto insurance and homeowner’s insurance policies for our clients. The complexity of coverage limits and car insurance for business owners are topics Lori can easily explain. She recently spoke about some common insurance misconceptions and how she navigates those challenges for clients. “Full coverage (on your auto insurance policy) does not mean that your policy covers rental and towing reimbursement. Those are additional coverages that need to be added to your policy for an additional cost.”
Lori encourages clients to advocate for themselves. “Educate yourself and ask as many questions as you have to regarding your policy limits and coverages,” she urges. She wants clients to know their assets are protected and feel comfortable about their policy choices. She recommends customers consider their needs and then let her do the shopping.
When she’s not digging deep into the world of car insurance and Florida homeowner’s insurance, Lori loves spending time with her two young children. Admittedly a compulsive organizer, Lori likes a home where everything has its place-not a bad trait for someone who insures hundreds of clients around the world who seem to want the same thing.
Here’s what clients are saying about Lori:
